Semi-permanent makeup is a technique used to create individual hair strokes or soft shading to enhance the look of the natural eyebrow shape; contour & colour. A pigment is matched to suit each individual and using a semi-permanent makeup machine & needle you will implant the colour into the skin too fill out the brows to create the desired shape. The aim of semi-permanent makeup is to offer natural enhanced results not replace the heavy makeup look.
