Founding Partner – Director Of Education and Lead IQA
With over two decades of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, Rachel is a highly respected leader, educator, and practitioner. Her career began with the launch of multiple award-winning salons, where she established a reputation for excellence in client care, innovation, and business success.
Passionate about raising industry standards, she transitioned into education over 15 years ago, founding and running several successful training establishments focused on developing confident, competent professionals. Today, she holds a wealth of regulated educations between Level 2 through to Level 7 qualification in Advanced Aesthetic Practice. Fully qualified Lead Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) and serves as the Director of Education at Creative Touch.
Specialising in advanced aesthetics, skin science, and laser technologies, Rachel is committed to delivering regulated, results-driven training that empowers both beauty therapists and medical professionals to advance their careers safely and ethically.
Her mission is clear: to shape the future of aesthetics through high-quality education, clinical integrity, and a passion for lifelong learning.
Founding Partner – Centre Manager, Operations & Student Lead
After a successful decade in the finance industry, Kevin transitioned full-time into Creative Touch over six years ago, having already spent many years supporting the business behind the scenes. Since then, he has developed an in-depth understanding of both the education sector and the diverse range of beauty and aesthetics services offered by the academy.
Kevin plays a central role in ensuring a seamless experience for all learners. As the first point of contact for most new students, he manages the enrolment process and provides ongoing support with course bookings, scheduling, and general enquiries. His approachable manner and dedication to service make him an invaluable resource to students throughout their learning journey.
With a strong commitment to operational excellence and learner satisfaction, Kevin helps ensure that every student at Creative Touch feels informed, supported, and set up for success.
HR & Finance Manager
Affectionately known as the “mum of the centre,” Karen brings over 25 years of experience in finance and HR to the Creative Touch team. As both a supportive team mentor and Rachel’s mum, Karen plays a key role in keeping the academy running smoothly – offering guidance, structure, and a calm presence at the heart of the organisation.
Karen is responsible for coordinating student finance plans, managing certification processing, and ensuring learners stay informed about course logistics. Her attention to detail and friendly approach help students feel supported from their first enquiry to course completion.
Whether by phone or email, Karen is available daily to assist with questions, streamline administration, and make sure everything and everyone is exactly where they need to be.
Resident Prescriber, Assessor & Head of Level 7 Education
Yuvonna is a highly experienced Nurse Prescriber and Level 7 qualified Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner with a strong clinical background and a passion for education. As the Lead Educator for Level 7 programmes at Creative Touch, she plays a pivotal role in delivering advanced aesthetic education to both medical and non-medical professionals.
With extensive experience as an assessor and a proven track record of exceptional student pass rates, Yuvonna is known for her thorough, supportive, and clinically grounded approach to teaching. She brings a wealth of knowledge in advanced injectable techniques, skin science, and safe practice – ensuring learners are well-prepared to meet the highest standards of the aesthetics industry.

IQA, Lead Assessor & Level 7 Aesthetic Practitioner
Vanessa is an experienced Assessor and newly qualified Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) with a strong passion for delivering high-quality education in advanced skin care and aesthetics. With a background rooted in learner-focused teaching and clinical precision, she specialises in delivering government-funded training programmes from Level 3 to Level 5 in beauty therapy and aesthetics.
Her particular expertise lies in Level 4 and Level 5 skin care education, where she has consistently achieved outstanding student pass rates through her engaging, practical, and standards-driven teaching style. Known for her supportive approach and attention to individual learner development, Vanessa empowers students with the confidence and competence to progress in the ever-evolving aesthetics industry.

Administrative Assistant
Mia is the friendly face you will first meet on training days at Creative Touch, serving as the welcoming point of contact for students, clients, and models. With a warm and approachable manner, she ensures everyone feels supported and informed from the moment they arrive.
In addition to greeting and assisting visitors, Mia manages important administrative duties including coordinating the consultation process for clients and models, helping to streamline sessions and maintain smooth communication between learners and practitioners.
Her organisational skills and commitment to excellent service make her an essential part of the team, creating a positive and professional environment for all.
Junior Therapist & Training Team Assistant
Faith is a passionate Junior Therapist with a keen interest in skincare and lash treatments, currently developing her skills in nail technology. She brings enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to her role, supporting assessors in class with essential duties and helping to create a positive learning environment for all students.
Committed to personal growth and professional development, Faith also plays an important role in assisting the centre’s daily operations, contributing to the smooth running of training sessions and supporting both staff and learners.

Level 7 qualified, Jenna brings extensive industry knowledge across Level 3 Beauty Therapy, Level 5 Skin, and Level 7 Aesthetics, supporting learners at every stage of their professional journey.
As an established industry expert, Jenna plays a key role in the delivery and development of regulated aesthetic education, combining robust theoretical teaching with practical, real-world application.

Assessor & Beauty and Skin Care Specialist
Lizzie is a highly respected Beauty and Skin Care Specialist with over 20 years of industry experience. Qualified across Levels 3, 4, and 5, and an experienced Assessor, Lizzie supports learner development across a broad range of treatments, from core facial therapies through to advanced electrolysis.
With a strong commitment to industry regulations and raising educational standards, Lizzie is passionate about delivering high-quality, compliant training that bridges the gap between theory and real-world practice. She is dedicated to upskilling existing practitioners while also building strong, confident foundations for those new to the industry, ensuring every learner is supported to progress with knowledge, skill, and professionalism.
Beauty & Nail Assessor
Hayley O’Brennan is a dedicated and experienced Assessor with a strong passion for delivering high-quality education in Level 3 Nails and Beauty programmes. She brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to her role, ensuring students receive practical, comprehensive training that prepares them for success in the beauty industry.
In addition to her assessment responsibilities, Hayley actively supports the centre by contributing to the development and delivery of newly introduced qualifications, helping to keep the curriculum current and relevant to industry standards. She is also committed to nurturing junior therapists within the centre, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth.
