The qualification has been created to develop and reward aesthetic practitioners working today and the future, and to continue to bring recognition and professionalism to the health and aesthetics sector.

The Focus Awards Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice (RQF) is aimed at learners who want to broaden their aesthetic knowledge and develop their practice within the health and beauty sector.

The course is comprise of 9 units which include both practical skills and academic skills in consultation, analysis, health and safety and regulatory practice to name a few.

Practical skills covered within this course include:

Chemical Peels, Skin Needling, Mesotherapy, Skin Boosters, Fat Dissolving, Hydro Facials, Radio Frequency Skin Rejuvenation Face & Body

The course runs over a structure of 10 months, requires attendance of 12 pre dated sessions, and a range of zoom academic sessions at centre attendance.

Learner Entry Requirements:

Subject to interview and proof of competency CPD treatment experience under the recognition of prior learning of 2 years treatment delivery along with level 4 Facial Anatomy

Level 4 in related subject

Learners must be at least 19 years of age to attend this course 

This course is a blended education course with online training self paced education and study, along with attendance of academic zoom sessions, attendance to the centre covers the practical elements of the course.
