This Regulated level 4 Aesthetic course is suitable for anyone who wants to move into the aesthetic industry or be the first step toward gaining a regulated level 5 certificate of aesthetic practice. Covering both theory and practical learning.
The course is made up of 4 mandatory units include:
- Health, safety and hygiene for aesthetic procedures
- Client consultation for aesthetic procedures
- Skin rejuvenation using microneedling
- Skin rejuvenation using superficial chemical peels
Pre-Requisites to complete this course:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Current level 3 qualification in Advanced Beauty Therapy or equivalent
In certain circumstances, learners with considerable experience but no formal/regulated qualifications may be considered. This will be subject to interview with the centre and being able to demonstrate their ability to cope with the demands of the course and assessment.
£1950 to include microneedling and chemical peel kit
Course can be paid in full at the time of enrolment or a £500 deposit, then instalments throughout the course duration.
RPL (Recognition Of Prior Learning)
£1200 no kit included – must be able to produce a valid CPD certification of prior plasma pen training
All training materials and models are supplied throughout your course. You will need access to a computer and internet to complete this course.
The course structure runs over a 16 week programme where you be required to attend the centre between 3 and 5 sessions depending on experience, timetables can be flexible to meet the individual learners needs.
This course allows the learner up to 12 months to complete there SAQ’s, written assignments and home based portfolio of evidence, but can be completed in an average of 16/24 weeks if educational hours are applied. The total time frame allocated to complete with a qualification is approximately 350 educational hours.
