Rachel along with her husband created Creative Touch after owning a range of successful salons. With a passion to share her skills it was the natural progression to turn to teaching. With a variety of skills ranging from level 2 beauty through to level 7 aesthetics her skills knowledge and ability to deliver education is inspiring. Rachel is our lead IQA and oversees the creation and delivery of all our courses.

After 10 years in the finance industry and many years working part time in the background of the business chose to join Creative Touch full time a little over three years ago. He has developed a strong knowledge and understanding for both education and a range of beauty and aesthetics services. Kevin oversees in the enrolment process of our learners and concentrates a large proportion of his time to the development of the company, bringing new and improved services to the centre.

Jade is one of our Advanced Aesthetic Educators. She has many years experience within the beauty and aesthetics industry, and is a driving force in delivering advanced classes such as dermal fillers and PDO threads. She has had the opportunity to train and work in many places across the world including America and Australia bringing a wealth of knowledge to the centre. She currently holds her level 3 teachers qualification, level 4 assessors and now beginning her journey into internal quality assurance.

Sophie has been with us almost since day one when we were a full time busy salon and taught classes only part time in a combined salon and training space. She now works as part of both teams within our two separate establishments supporting both salon and education. She’s always bringing a warm heart and a bubbly atmosphere to every treatment. Sophie has a great range of skills within beauty therapy and has provided hundreds of treatments to many happy clients over the years. Her job role in recent times is to now a supporting role within our classes and continuing her skills within advanced skin care.

Mary-Anne joined us at the Creative Touch team during lockdown of 2021. Mary is a highly experienced lash artist and level 2 qualified therapist for many years offering a range of treatments from facials to massage. Mary is currently advancing her skills within the centre working towards her teaching qualification and level 4 advanced skin specialist.

Team members normally have different roles, like team leader and agents.

Large teams can divide into subteams according to need.

The more homogeneous the group, the more cohesive it will be.

Yasmin ‘YazzyB’ is one of level 2 Apprentices who joined us in 2021. Yas is studying her level 2 beauty therapy with us full time in our newly opened salon in the centre of Rustington. Yas has progressed well picking up a steady client base in gel nails and lashes and would like to eventually progress into the world of aesthetics as her career progresses.

Yasmin ‘Old Yaz’ although youngest of the bunch started just before so adopted the name in salon. Yas is also one of our level 2 apprentices within salon and picked up a fabulous range of skills in a short time ranging form manicures and pedicures to skin care services. She has a keen passion for all things beauty
