This course in the first Ofqual regulated course of its kind! With an ever growing need for safe practice with the beauty and aesthetic industry needle work including body piercing is falling in line with regulatory practice, council licencing and safer industry standards.

During the course you will attend the training centre for a range of sessions to include both academic study, practical training and assessments.

This course covers the most in-depth study of body piercing, to include all above the waist piercing, including surface bars and dermal anchors.

  • Principles Of Body Piercing
  • Understanding Human Anatomy & Physiology
  • Facial Anatomy & Physiology
  • Salon Reception Duties
  • Provide Ear Piercings
  • Provide Facial Piercings
  • Provide Oral Piercings
  • Provide Body Piercings
  • Provide Surface Piercings Including Dermal Anchors

Pre-Requisites to complete this course:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Course can be paid in full at the time of enrolment or a £200 deposit then payment plan for the duration of the course.

All equipment and models are supplied throughout your course. You will need access to a computer and internet to complete this course.

The course structure runs over a 16 week term. This is comprised of a range of in house sessions of practical training, professional development and assessments. Along with zoom educational lessons.

The learner will be expected to attend the centre on average for 4 days over the duration of the course, timetables can be flexible to meet the individual learners needs. All additional classes will be completed remotely via zoom.

This course allows the learner up to 12 months to complete there portfolio and written assignments, but can be completed in as little as 16 weeks if educational hours are applied. The Total time frame allocated to complete with a qualification is approximately 500 educational hours.
